Return Policy

Returns are not accepted unless our Customer Service Department is first notified of the reason of the return and a return merchandise authorization (RMA) number is issued. Items are refundable in their original packaging up to 90 days from the date of purchase with a 15% restocking fee. Nonrefundable items include: special order items, noncatalog items, volume purchases, direct sihpments, customized orders, and warranty items. Freight charges may apply for return items. Items must be unused and in re-sellable condition. Any missing or damaged goods must be reported within 48 hours of receipt of order.

Purchase Orders

Sunway requires that all customers order with a Purchase Order.

Proof of Delivery/Pickup

Customer signoff is required for all outgoing products. This signoff verified complete delivery. Any missing or damaged items must be reported within 48 hours of delivery.

Disclaimers

Due to occasional design changes by our manufacturer that are beyond Sunway's control, the appearance of certain products may deviate slightly from the images online and in our catalog.

Because of the wide fluctuations in raw material prices and the subsequent changes in manufacturing pricing, Sunway reserves the right to update our pricing at any time. In addition, as fuel prices change, Sunway reserves the right to update delivery and freight pricing at any time.

Unless otherwise noted, lamps and bulbs are not included in light fixture pricing.

Warranty

Sunway warrants all products from the manufacturer's defect for up to one year. For parts list and pricing, see the Sunway price list or catalog.
